Ducks

The flight calls analyzed for ducks are more focused upon the wing sounds, or what it will be referred to after this, "wing whistles." When recording nocturnal flight calls, often migratory ducks are recorded. Rarely do the actual quacks or vocal sounds of ducks appear. Possibly one of the least studied groups of sounds, they are not terribly hard to identify. There is some overlap, but often these whistles are easy to differentiate given sound quality, duration, frequency, and timing.
